Our Loan Terms
Our Conditions
- Eligibility: Borrowers must provide valid identification and meet the minimum requirements set by the lender.
- Loan Approval: All loan applications are subject to approval based on credit worthiness and compliance with lending criteria.
- Interest & Fees: Interest rates and processing fees are fixed as per the loan type and must be paid along with the principal amount.
- Repayment Period: Borrowers must repay the loan within the agreed timeframe. Late payments will attract penalties.
- Late Payment Penalty: A penalty of Ksh 20/= will be charged for overdue payments beyond the due date.
- Loan Limit: A borrower can only take one active loan at a time. A new loan can only be issued after full repayment of the previous one.
- Early Repayment: Borrowers may clear their loan before the due date without any additional charges.
- Default Consequences: Failure to repay the loan may result in legal action, blacklisting, or being reported to credit bureaus.
- Confidentiality: All borrower details will be kept confidential and used strictly for loan processing and recovery purposes.
- Loan Renewal: Loan renewal is only allowed after a borrower has successfully repaid at least 90% of their current loan.

Short-Term Loans
- Ksh 1,000 – 20% interest for 10 days, processing fee Ksh 50 (Repayment: Ksh 120 per day)
- Ksh 2,000 – 20% interest for 10 days, processing fee Ksh 100 (Repayment: Ksh 240 per day)
Long-Term Loans
- Ksh 2,000 – 20% interest for 2 weeks, processing fee Ksh 100 (Repayment: Ksh 1,300 per week)
- Ksh 3,000 – 20% interest for 2 weeks, processing fee Ksh 200 (Repayment: Ksh 1,800 per week)
- Ksh 4,000 – 30% interest for 3 weeks, processing fee Ksh 300 (Repayment: Ksh 1,700 per week)
- Ksh 5,000 – 30% interest for 4 weeks, processing fee Ksh 400 (Repayment: Ksh 1,625 per week)
- Ksh 10,000 – 30% interest for 6 weeks, processing fee Ksh 1000 (Repayment: Ksh 2,166 per week)
